Peatix Online Wellness Week
The Peatix Wellness Week brings together a week-long of online activities from Nov 23 to Nov 29. Sweat it out with yoga and fitness classes, reflect and release 2020 in an interactive writing workshop and there is even a virtual camp for the kids!

BREATH YOGA STUDIO (India/Singapore)
Yoga for the Fearless - Monday, 23rd November 8:30am (suitable for all levels)
This class will focus on Warrior poses to bring out this attribute of staying fearless irrespective of what lies around or ahead of us.
Yoga for Strength - Tuesday, 24th November 6:30 pm (suitable for all levels)
This practice will focus on building physical strength and mental determination through asana practice and pranayama.
Yoga for Grace - Wednesday, 25th November 8:30 am (suitable for all levels)
This vinyasa flow class focuses on balancing poses to bring about ease, fluidity and synchronisation between movement of the body with the rhythm of your breath.
Yoga for Flexibility - Thursday, 26th November 6:30 pm (suitable for all levels)
This yin yang class is designed to build flexibility in not only the muscles and hamstrings but also the deeper fascia of the body.
Yoga for Power - Friday, 27th November 8:30 am (suitable for all levels)
This session will incorporate yoga poses and mudras (hand gestures) to harness your own inner potential and power, by holding poses and hand gestures we will try to build stamina and concentration.
Yoga for Compassion - Saturday, 28th November 6:30 pm (suitable for all levels)
This class will work on the heart chakra through backbends, to tap into the feeling of love and kindness for ourselves and others.

Letting Go Of 2020 - A Writing & Reflection Workshop - Tuesday, 24th November, 9pm
Through a series of writing and reflection exercises, you will be taken from "I NEED THIS YEAR TO END" to "GOODBYE 2020, HELLO 2021". Over 1.5 hours, you will be prompted and guided to truly process, hold and let go of your year that was 2020.
CREATE AND CONNECT RETREATS & WORKSHOPS (Singapore)
Qigong Fusion Flow to Harvest your Qi - Saturday, 28th November, 5pm
In this Qigong Fusion Flow workshop you'll be guided by experienced instructor Wenlin Tan to connect, circulate and center in your Qi 气 or Prana, which is your vital life force, through an energizing and rejuvenating Brhmana, or 'Nourishing' practice to replenish your energy.

In this gentle Somatic Yoga & meditation workshop you'll be guided by experienced instructor Wenlin Tan through a grounding & soothing Langhana, or 'calming' practice to clear the stress, anxiety and overwhelm inside of you.
